Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 7, 2024

Therapy Mojo is committed to delivering high-quality, customized website development solutions for psychotherapists. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.

Project Cancellation:

  • Clients have the right to cancel their project within 24 hours of making the payment at no cost. To initiate cancellation, email refund@therapymojo.com
  • Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours of payment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded to the client.
  • Project cancellations after 72 hours are not eligible for refunds.

Project Delays:

  • If Therapy Mojo delays project delivery beyond the timeline confirmed in the email proposal by more than 7 days, the client can claim a 25% refund.
  • For delays exceeding 30 days, the client is entitled to a full 100% refund.
  • To claim a delay-related refund, email refund@therapymojo.com with details of the agreed-upon timeline and the delay experienced.

Client Unsatisfaction:

  • If the client is partially unsatisfied with the delivered project, they can request a 20% partial refund.
  • If the client is completely unsatisfied with the delivered project, they can request a 80% refund.
  • To request a refund, email refund@therapymojo.com within 7 days of project delivery, outlining the specific aspects that didn’t meet expectations.

Refund Processing:

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to website development services directly purchased from Therapy Mojo. Customized development solutions may have different refund terms, as outlined in the specific project proposal.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Therapy Mojo reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of unreasonable requests or behavior.
